FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment of the device illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the modified embodiment of the device illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3; and

FIG. 6 is a front elevation thereof.
