The running board has been broken away in the center in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25 and the mud flap portion has been broken away in the center in FIGS. 10 and 11 for convenience of illustration.
