FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined door stop and latching device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side-elevational view of the side not seen in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front-elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The rear of the device is plain and unornamented.
