FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined handled phonograph record envelope and rain cover therefor showing my new design, the reverse side being the same; and,

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the rain cover portion thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the record envelope portion thereof, the reverse side being the same.
