FIG. 2 is an end elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 6 is another side elevational view.

The broken lines showing a portion of a tissue and a tissue box in FIG. 4 are for illustrative purposes only.
