FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tool box for a vehicle or the like showing my new design with one of the compartment covers partially raised;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof with the covers closed;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 3.
