FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a handle for a toy article of flatware showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right-side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 4--4 of FIG. 1.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1 through 3 represent environment only.
