FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a neckwear purse showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof with the outer flap raised.

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 1.
