FIG. 1 is a top plan view of an identification label showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, an intermediate portion of the strap being broken away and omitted for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view; and

FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view.
