FIG. 2 is an elevational view, as viewed in the direction of the arrow A of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view, as viewed in the direction of the arrow B of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is an elevational view, as viewed in the direction of the arrow C of FIG. 2.
