FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof, showing the top and side panel portions of the envelope in open condition;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the envelope in bent condition; and

FIG. 9 is an enlarged scale cross-sectional view taken along line 9--9 of FIG. 1.
