FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a pants fastener element showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 4 is a right end view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 5 is a left end view thereof on an enlarged scale; and

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof on an enlarged scale, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof.
