FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 2, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end view of the left end of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 6 is an end view of the right end of FIG. 2.
