FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof in its unfolded condition on a reduced scale;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of FIG. 6, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6; and

FIG. 9 is a greatly enlarged right end elevational view of FIG. 6.
