FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially a mirror image; and

FIG. 7 is a sectional view thereof taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 4.

The broken line showing of a shaft portion in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only.
