FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof.

FIG. 4 is an end view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a section therethrough taken at line 5--5 in FIG. 2 and viewed in the direction of the arrows.

The appearance of the rear is a mirror image of that shown in FIG. 1.

The appearance of the end opposite that shown in FIG. 4 is a mirror image of that shown in FIG. 4.

The dotted line represents a perforation, the material being cardboard.
