FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined surgical headrest and wrist rest showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof showing the end opposite that in FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, the side not shown being a mirror image of the side shown.
