FIG. 2 is a front and left side perspective view;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front and left side perspective view the swarf cover and upper supports have been omitted in FIG. 1 through 4 for ease of illustration;

FIG. 6 is a rear and right side perspective view thereof, and

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof.
