FIG. 1 is a perspective view of motorcycle by-pass oil cooler, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a motorcycle by-pass oil cooler showing a second embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 6; and

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6, it being understood that the top is identical to the top of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 4.
