FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a rotary shear for use in cutting cloth and the like, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view thereof taken from one side as viewed in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view thereof taken from the opposite side as viewed in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view thereof taken from the left-hand end as viewed in FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is an elevational view thereof taken from the right-hand end as viewed in FIG. 1.
