FIG. 4 is a side elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1, this embodiment being a mirror image thereof.

The cross line shading which is partially shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6 is understood to repeat _uniformly across the circumscribed area.

The broken line disclosure of the telephone equipment shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 6 is for illustrative purposes only.
