FIG. 4 illustrates a bottom view of the combination of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 illustrates an opposite side view to that shown in FIG. 3 of the combination of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 illustrates an end view of the combination of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 7 illustrates an opposite end view to that shown in FIG. 6 of the combination of FIG. 1.
