FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a toy carrying basket showing my new design with one of the straps shown in the extended position for purpose of illustration;

FIG. 2 is a right-side elevational view thereof, the left side being substantially a mirror image; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof.
