FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a drum shell and rim spacer showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a broken apart elevational view of the inside of the spacer;

FIG. 3 is a broken apart elevational view of the outside of the spacer; and

FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line 4--4 in FIG. 2.
