FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a third embodiment of the design of FIG. 1, the only difference between FIG. 6 and FIG. 3 being the arrangement of the crescent elements;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged sectional view taken in the direction of the arrows on line 8--8 of FIG. 4.
