FIG. 4 is a side elevational view on an enlarged scale taken from the right side as viewed in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view on an enlarged scale taken from the left as viewed in FIG. 3; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof on an enlarged scale.

The broken lines indicating a base and gooseneck are for illustrative purposes only.
