FIG. 2 is a plan view of a first surface thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a plan view of a second surface thereof, said second surface being the obverse of the first surface shown in FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof.
