FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the cover thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof with the cover omitted for clarity of illustration; and

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of the cover thereof opposite the side shown in FIG. 2.
