FIG. 4 is an end view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end view thereof, showing the end opposite from that illustrated in FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The approximator is broken away to indicate indeterminate length.
