FIG. 2 is an elevational view of the side depicted by FIG. 1, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view; and

FIG. 4 is an elevational view of the end shown by FIG. 1, the opposite end being substantially a mirror image thereof.
