FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof in a raised position;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view thereof, a horizontal rest position;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view thereof in the position of FIG. 9 and

FIG. 11 is a side elevational view thereof in an inclined rest position.
