FIG. 4 is a second side view thereof, opposite said first side view.

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a second end view thereof, opposite said first end view.

FIG. 7 is a side view thereof, on a reduced scale, the ear mold being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only.
