FIG. 4 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a top perspective view of a third embodiment of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a reduced top plan view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of a fourth embodiment of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a reduced top plan view of FIG. 8; and

FIG. 10 is an end elevational view as taken in the direction of the arrows on line 10--10 of FIGS. 2, 4, 6 and 8.
