FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a view in right side elevation, the view in left side elevation being a mirror image thereof except for the switch protrusion.

FIG. 5 is a view in front elevation thereof.

FIG. 6 is a view in rear elevation thereof.

FIGS. 2-6 are shown at an enlarged scale for clarity of disclosure.
