FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a telephone terminal block or similar article showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a similar perspective view thereof showing a cover element thereof in closed condition;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof showing the device in the condition shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof showing the device in the condition shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof in partially opened condition, the opposite side being symmetrical;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof showing the device in closed condition;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof showing the device in opened condition;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof showing the device in closed condition;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof showing the device in opened condition;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view showing the device in closed condition; and

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof.
