FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a divider sheet for a continuous form binder showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front edge elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of a modified from of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a further modified form of FIG. 1.

The bottom surfaces of FIGS. 4 and 5 are substantially similar to that shown in FIG. 2.
