FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a hatch-back cover for the bed of a pick up truck showing our new design, it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2.

The front of the hatch-back cover generally is flat and unornamented.
