Description
FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a tool for cutting the inside of plastic pipes showing my new design, with the broken line showing of a fragmentary portion of a drill and pipe being for illustrative purposes only.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the upper cutter head as shown in FIG. 2; and
FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view taken along lines 4--4 of FIG. 3, with shaft portions broken away for ease of illustration.
