FIG. 1 is a reduced side elevational of a locking tie for fastening, binding or the like embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a reduced top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a reduced bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a reduced end elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a reduced end elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional taken along line VI--VI of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof, the broken lines indicating that the configuration of the tie repeats uniformly along its length.
