FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a magnetic toy showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof with the set of small cylinderical members in alternate positions;

FIG. 3 is another side elevational view thereof showing the design turned 90.degree.;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
