FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a left side elevation view thereof; and
FIG. 7 is an enlarged sectional view thereof taken along line 7--7 in FIG. 1 showing the set of panels separate from the bicycle.
