FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a hand-held finishing tool or similar apparatus showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the opposite side thereof with the apparatus rotated 90.degree.;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIGS. 5 and 6 are opposite end views of the hand-held finishing tool or similar apparatus of my invention.
