FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the rear and opposite side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a fragmentary perspective view of the rear portion thereof;

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary perspective view of the operator cab and rear portion thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.
