FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined holder for a writing instrument and covered receptacle showing my new design, with the receptacle cover in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof with the receptacle cover opened;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof as seen in the direction of arrow III in FIG. 1, the other side being substantially a mirror image thereof;
