FIG. 6 is an end elevational view of FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 5; and

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of FIG. 5.

The side and end opposite those shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 6 respectively are mirror images thereof.
