FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a tool for settling paper to be punched with numerous perforations showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof in an unfolded condition; and

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 6.

The bottom plan views in the folded and unfolded conditions are mirror images of FIGS. 5 and 7, respectively.
