FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a physical dynamometer showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof.
