FIG. 2 is a top plan view on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view looking from the right of FIG. 4, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image of the side shown; and

FIG. 6 is an elevational view showing the side opposite that seen in FIG. 4 .
