FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a seat with adjustable headrest showing my design with the headrest in folded down position;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view of a seat with adjustable headrest showing my design with the headrest in raised position;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof.

The right side is a mirror image of the left side thereof.
