FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination telephone handset transceiver and cradle stand in closed position showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the combination components spaced apart from one another and showing the underside of the handset, and the upper side of the stand without the handset cradled thereupon, and with the cord being partially shown in broken lines for facility of illustration, and with pushbutton dial means in broken lines shown for environmental association only;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof; and

FIGS. 6 and 7, respectively, are enlarged front and rear elevational views thereof, showing of the cord is omitted in FIGS. 3-7 for ease of illustration.
